At Patagonico, we bring specialty coffee directly to your home. Both of our coffees score over 84 points (SCA) and come from hand-picked beans grown in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, one of the most renowned coffee-growing regions in the world.
What is Specialty Coffee?
Specialty coffee is more than just coffee. It is characterized by its high quality and the care that goes into every stage of the production process—from cultivation to the cup.
The term “Specialty Coffee” refers to coffee beans that have been grown, selected and processed with the utmost care and achieve a score of at least 80 out of 100 on the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scale.
It is estimated that only 5 to 10% of the world's coffee is specialty coffee."
